Order Cancellation
The customer may cancel an order at any time if it has not already been processed and shipped.

Shipping Costs
HLFShop.co.za ensures free shipping for orders over 1.499R throughout South Africa with Express Courier in 2/4 days. Shipping is insured and with online tracking.

Warranty and Right of Withdrawal
The prices indicated include all taxes. There is no minimum order. Herbalife consumers are protected not only by the right of withdrawal (Legislative Decree 6.9.2005 no. 206) but also by the Herbalife "Satisfied or Refunded" Guarantee.

1) Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 6.9.2005 no. 206, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the order proposal by communicating via email to info@hlfshoponline.com within 10 days from the subscription of the order proposal.

Upon receipt of the cancellation, HLFShop.co.za will refund the customer any sums paid against the order proposal within 30 days. If the products have been delivered, the Consumer exercising the right of withdrawal from the order proposal must return the products within 10 working days from the date of receipt thereof, by shipping to Herbalife, with shipping costs borne by the Consumer. An essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal is the substantial integrity of the goods to be returned.

2) The Herbalife "satisfied or refunded" Guarantee
Herbalife S.p.a. guarantees the quality of products bearing the Herbalife designation and certifies that its products maintain the highest quality standards. Herbalife S.p.a. is therefore confident that the consumer will find the purchased products entirely satisfactory.

If, however, for any reason, the Consumer should not be entirely satisfied with one or more products, they have the right to return them within 30 days from the date of receipt of the products. In this case, the representative - within 30 days of receipt of the goods - will offer the Consumer (who may choose) a voucher for the purchase of a new Herbalife product for an amount equal to the price of the returned product or a full refund of the price itself.

The guarantee does not apply to damaged products or those not properly used by the Buyer.
